Positive Thinking for Improved Health

It is very important, when creating vital health and well-being, to align your thoughts with what it is you want. It is not all about taking action. Just as important in the formula for health is the mental process, learning to master your emotions and choose your perspectives.

In all areas of your life, when you don’t have something that you want, it is natural that the desire for that thing becomes more amplified. What I want you to do is focus your thought energy on what it is that you desire, versus the situation that led you to desire it in the first place.

    Great advice! I wasn’t sure if I should leave a comment on the women’s website so I will leave it here. I like how you reminded how to put your energy on what you desire. So true. Visualizing that instead of dwelling on your misfortune. I like your writing style.
