Anti-Age…Naturally!

MINI-FACIAL SEA SALT SCRUB
1 tablespoon sea salt
Organic virgin olive oil

Put sea salt in a small bowl.
Mix in a few drops of olive oil at a time to make a paste.
Massage the paste onto your face in small, upward circles.
After a few minutes, rinse with warm water.
Pat dry.

How Badly Do You Want 2012 To Rock?

It is that time again… I know, I also can’t believe it has been a whole year. But it is true, it has been a year since we dove into our Life Map exercise and with 2012 upon us, I say let’s do it again! It is a powerful step in creating a rockin’ new year.

I stumbled upon my 2011 Life Map last night, which you can take a peek at here, and it was really cool to see how much I had actually accomplished. I truly believe it is because I took the time to do this exercise and get clarity on what my intentions were.

So I pulled out my hugenormous pad of paper, my sharpie, and I settled in to do it again. It flowed out with ease and I felt really solid on how focused and clear I was. I want that for you too.

You know what to do, but I will do a quick recap of the steps for all of you who are newbies to our community this year. (By the way “WELCOME!” we love that you have joined us!)

3 Simple Steps To Successfully Life Map Your Year

  1. Grab a huge piece of paper that you can list life categories that are important to you. For me it is Love, Family, Home, Play, Spirituality, Health, Work, and Community.
  2. List the different things you are committed to focusing on in each one of those areas. For example in my Love category I listed: meet my life partner, continue to treat myself with the highest respect and self-love, make sure those around me can sense my love for them, and my pooch knows on a very deep level how loved he is and it continues to feed his remission.
  3. I now have better clarity on what I want to focus on with Love this year, offering me the opportunity to take a hard look at the steps I need to take to attain these goals.

There you have it! Super easy, yet powerfully effective. I like to put mine someplace where it is visible to me on a daily basis, as a constant reminder.
