Swim With Me In A Hot Spring (It’s Very Healing)

There is just nothing like taking a dip in a hot spring! The mere act of doing it is simply delish, not to mention all the incredible health benefits you get from it!

I am wondering if there are any hot springs near where you live and if yes… do you ever visit them? After watching this video and hearing some of the a-ma-zing things that can occur for you if you do… I bet you will make it happen.

Can you believe that even just the few health benefits I listed are possible with this natural, age-old health practice?

Get crazy and find a hot spring near you or one that you would like to visit. If that is simply not possible, draw yourself a nice hot bath and create your own get-away by putting epsom salts in it. I would personally add other goodies such as lavender and chamomile.

Master The Skill Of Chillaxin’

Chillaxin? Chill-what?  What the heck is that?

Let me fill you in, my friend.

Chillaxin’ entails that you let everything go. It means you are fully present to the moment, not your to-do list, and in the moment you are doing something completely for pleasure, such as sitting poolside with your hunny, or hiding in your bedroom with a great book. It is about you indulging in one of your God-given rights… to enjoy your life.

That is the point of all of this anyway, isn’t it?

Let go of the guilt that you should be doing something else… that something else isn’t going anywhere. Let go of the pressure of the clock tickin’… taking an hour to chillax isn’t asking too much. And let go of what you think other people would say if they knew you were chillaxin’ in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. Who cares anyway?
